AND THEY WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING SO!  Kfit Personal Training would like to  provide your residents an opportunity to improve their health by offering the
following six classes at your facility.  
 
Kfit Personal Training offers 6 different classes. These unique classes are designed to enhance activity for daily living skills, such as  reaching for upper cabinets, opening drawers, getting on and off the toilet, looking behind when driving and carrying groceries…just to name a few.  
 


Sit to be Fit

Have  fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to  increase  muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily  living. Hand-held  weights and elastic tubing with handles are used for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Cardio Sculpt

Combine fun with fitness to increase your  cardiovascular and muscular
endurance with a standing circuit workout.  Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights and elastic tubing with handles are alternated with
non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair can be used for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.

Body in Balance

Each week a different  component of exercise is  introduced to the residents.  Whether it be  strength training with weights or tubing, balance training,  modified  Pilates, stretching or working on posture, the resident not only learns valuable exercises in a class environment but the exercises can be taken back to their homes increasing the likelihood that exercise will become an every day event for him or her . 



Cardio Pump

Get your hearts pumping!! The workout includes  low-impact movement cardio moves, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning  stretching and relaxation exercises that can either be done on the floor or in a chair.

Yoga4Seniors

Improve posture, increase muscle tone, balance, strength, and improved mood. This class is designed to  move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Can be done with or without a chair.

Golden Waves

Dive into fun with shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and
cardiovascular endurance.  This class is perfect for someone that would
like to exercise but needs a low impact workout that is easy on your joints
