In my 21 years of working in the fitness industry I found my passion working with the senior population.
This cohort is one of the most exciting populations to work with. My number one goal has been to keep them independent for as long as possible as the alternative doesn’t seem to be reasonable within our current healthcare dilemma.
It became my mission to strengthen them in every possible way; mind, body and spirit. Bringing in programming that would not just keep their physical body fit but there mind mentally fit as well. My mission is not yet complete. My goal is to help your retirement communities realize that it is never too late to get active and living out your golden years can be their next best adventure.
