Kerry is a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Working in the fitness industry for 10 years Kerry has had the unique chance to experience many different approaches to exercise, from strength training to helping those that have not exercised for years. Spending more time at the gym, she became aware that there were more unfit people than fit people walking through the door. Knowing this, she decided to share her knowledge and love for exercise with all people who want not only to change their bodies, but their way of life.
In 2002 Kerry received her ACE personal training certification. Kerry has a vast training arena; she has worked with aspiring athletes, overweight clients trying to lose weight and senior citizens. She is also a group exercise instructor for the Silver Sneaker Fitness Program
