KFIT Personal Training offers a variety of Personal Training Services, including one-on-one training, buddy training, group training etc. If you choose any of these type of training you and your trainer will work together to get to your desired goals.

On your first session be prepared to spend 1.5 hours with me. You fill out a medical questionnaire that will let me know of any injuries or concerns so I can better put together a program that is suited for your individual needs.

- We will go over your individual goals.
- Discussion of how often and how long you want train will be established
- Kerry will run some basic fitness assessments to assess your functional fitness. Please wear loose fitting clothing and sneakers
- Kerry will put together a specialized workout to meet your individual needs.
