Buddy Training
Do you hate working out alone? Then Buddy Training is for you. These sessions offer a cost effective option for clients who wish to train with a friend. Buddy Training can also help to generate that competitive spirit which fuels motivation. Our Buddy Training programs are designed for two people and include the following:
Each buddy will receive a thorough fitness assessment at the start of their program. Kerry will also go over a detailed medical history form to determine your level of fitness. Kerry will then talk about what your goals are and how you can reach those objectives. Based on all of the information you give to Kerry, she will put together a well designed plan to meet both of your needs. The detailed exercise program will include cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Every 4 weeks your program will be reviewed. Based on your progress, another exercise program will be designed to further help you get your desired goals.
