Kerry and I met January, 2007. I attended a class Kerry taught at the Jewish Community Center. The class was called Slimdown. This was a 12 week program focused on dieting, exercising and eating habits. Kerry is knowledgeable, experienced and practical in her teaching techniques. I found Kerry to be very helpful in explaining and showing me how to do exercises in cardio work as well as strength training. Kerry changed my life in helping me understand the importance of strength training. I have always focused on dieting and cardio type exercises. I had not done strength training. Kerry taught me the correct and effective form in handing weights. Therefore, I have not experienced any discomfort or injuries. My clothes fit me better and I am slowly but surely looking slimmer. I love how I feel from doing the different work outs Kerry developed for me. Kerry is a trainer I highly recommend to help you lose weight or just to get back in shape.

We both have worked with Kerry for three years participating in various exercise programs. Two years ago, we took the Slimdown Challenge twelve week program. The sessions were well planned, informative, and extremely helpful. We were encouraged by the results and managed to lose pounds, gain muscle and lose body fat.
